Your personal data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Our database is hosted on Supabase with servers located in the EU (eu-west-2), ensuring your data remains within Europe.

We retain your booking data for 12 monthsafter your service is completed, after which it is securely deleted. If you request deletion sooner, we will accommodate this (see "Your Rights" below).
